What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from program teams and stakeholders
• Support the creation of user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
• Organize UAT feedback and document issues during testing sessions
• Maintain alignment between multiple tracking sources and reduce duplicate requests
• Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and structured follow-ups under Senior BA guidance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 1-2 years of experience with Business Analysis or technical delivery environments
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with Jira (or similar) and strong documentation practices (Confluence or similar)
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, support-oriented mindset

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-based workflows
• Experience supporting UAT/test planning and converting requirements into test scenarios/cases
• Experience in rules-driven environments with a focus on eligibility and compliance
• BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA) a plus
