What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the creation of in-depth test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure systems meet business requirements
• Collaborate with management to align technology solutions with business strategies and participate in the design of technology solutions
• Collect, analyze, review, document, and communicate business needs within the Claims organization
• Deliver presentations and provide project updates to senior leadership and partners
• Provide training when necessary to all levels of the organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is desired
• At least 5 years of relevant claims experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous experience in a support role working with business leaders
• Basic understanding of information systems and business processes
• Familiarity with key drivers and measures of success for the business
