What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with project leadership and stakeholders to evaluate new initiatives and assess business impact.
• Collaborate with Scrum teams to develop clear user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Analyze end-to-end travel workflows and identify process gaps and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including requirements and business process flows.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by clarifying needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting complex digital products or systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of web development concepts, SDLC, Agile methodologies, and relevant tools.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of advanced analysis techniques such as process mapping and root-cause analysis.
