What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage projects to meet agreed scope, timeline, cost, and quality criteria, including internal and external collaborations
• Leverage scientific knowledge to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including risk management and documentation
• Ensure compliance with required processes and conduct project reviews with stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management methodologies
• Minimum of 3 years of direct project management experience within a matrix organization
• Foundational knowledge or direct experience in Genetics to collaborate with technical stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools, with strong written and spoken English skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience with livestock
