What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage all aspects of the maintenance release process, including sprint planning, development, QA, and release
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project plans, including scope, deliverables, timeline, and risk mitigation
• Communicate project information, including status reporting and schedule performance
• Lead scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and other project meetings
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to align project delivery with overall business goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of certifications and/or experience
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing product development projects
• Proficiency with Agile project management methodologies and frameworks
• Strong communication skills in both oral and written formats

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Scrum Master certification
• Project Management Training/Certification is a plus
• Experience managing WordPress projects
• Familiarity with AI workflows
