What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives by identifying innovative opportunities and designing future-state business capabilities
• Analyze current-state business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement optimized solutions
• Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts, including process models and data models
• Collaborate with senior leadership and technical teams to translate business requirements into actionable specifications
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate effective communication and project delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in a Business Data Analyst role or similar capacity
• At least eight (8) years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation and business process reengineering projects
• Demonstrable expertise with Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA)
• Strong proficiency in business modeling methodologies and tools such as BPMN and UML
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a government or public sector environment
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or TOGAF
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Direct experience with Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) integrated eligibility systems
• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
