What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Document technical requirements with visuals across all assigned application workflows
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations & Compliance to gather, define, and prioritize requirements
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning activities
• Partner with Engineering and QA to validate logic for successful implementation
• Ensure user story statuses are current with detailed logic and clear acceptance criteria

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing competing priorities
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using Azure DevOps
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand application workflows and data flow across clinical platforms

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proficient in using SQL to validate system outcomes and support root-cause analysis
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries (SELECT statements, joins, filters, aggregations)
• Experience reviewing and interpreting stored procedures to understand application logic
