What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct client due diligence and KYC screening for existing customers across various business units
• Guide internal teams in gathering updated KYC documentation and audit requests
• Review and process watchlist filtering and negative news alerts during customer updates and audits
• Collaborate with different teams, including business unit leaders, compliance, and technology
• Identify potential KYC concerns and escalate issues to senior team members or management

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• College degree with strong academic credentials
• 1-2+ years of AML experience or related experience in FinTech or financial services, particularly in a B2B2C context
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in cryptocurrency or related fields
• ACAMS or similar certification
• Familiarity with MSBs, securities broker-dealers, or commodities futures commission merchants
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
