What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports to monitor and improve quality standards

- Drive regular analytics and reporting to support business initiatives
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in formulating indicators and lead efforts to produce actionable performance data
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Engineering, business, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and PowerBI
- Proven analytical and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- High capacity for productivity and a passion for understanding data-driven insights
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or providing training in analytical systems
- Familiarity with clinical research processes and performance metrics
