What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Generate and deliver comprehensive data analysis reports to internal stakeholders and client leadership
• Serve as the primary technical intermediary between clients and internal development/configuration teams
• Create and maintain internal standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical guides, and user manuals
• Develop and maintain scripts designed to audit client data files for accuracy and integrity
• Provide exceptional customer service and account management to foster high client satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or client-facing technical role
• 2+ years of SQL development experience; Spark SQL/Databricks experience preferred
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred, including exposure to hospital and/or professional billing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent time management and organizational skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Health System Revenue Cycle domain expertise preferred
