What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build, automate, and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Python, and Excel
- Oversee weekly/monthly performance reporting across regions, products, and sales teams
- Track sales pipeline trends, win/loss analytics, conversion rates, and booking patterns
- Conduct root-cause analysis on underperformance or anomalies to provide actionable insights
- Maintain master data hygiene across CRM/ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of datasets
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 3-7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Finance, or BI/Analytics
- Experience supporting commercial/sales teams in a complex or multi-region environment
- Advanced Excel skills including modeling, PowerQuery, and complex formulas
- Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau, with SQL or other data extraction/querying experience
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with CRM reporting in Salesforce or Dynamics
- Knowledge of forecasting and statistical analysis
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into recommendations
- Clear communication skills, especially for executive-level audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
