What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Conduct research on trends related to unauthorized access and share findings with the team
• Analyze data to identify patterns and vulnerabilities in unauthorized submissions
• Develop automated test coverage to enhance security and prevent regressions
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members
• Create and maintain documentation on testing strategies and emerging misuse techniques

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Strong analytical skills to identify behavioral patterns and anomalies in large datasets
• Experience with structured data analysis (SQL, dashboards, spreadsheets)
• Ability to work with ambiguity and form evidence-based hypotheses
• Excellent written communication skills for summarizing findings and proposing strategies
• Attention to detail when reviewing logs and other platform signals

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 2-3 years of experience in Education Technology or SaaS industries focused on trust & safety or fraud detection
• Familiarity with behavioral analytics and anomaly detection methodologies
• Experience in high-volume enforcement environments with customer support teams
• Understanding of common evasion techniques, such as account farming and IP rotation
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for data exploration
