What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data analysis or business analyst role, preferably within the facilities management or real estate industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with building management systems (BMS) and work order management systems
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Strong storytelling skills for creating engaging presentations
