Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic SDR to drive sales growth and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset to achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation efforts.
  • Assist in defining and refining sales processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and report progress to senior management.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for client issues and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer success, and product teams) to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Sales Execution & Closing:

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • High Cold Calling capability (English and Spanish).
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients.
  • Ensure proper follow-ups and customer onboarding for seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM tools to track sales progress and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to analyze data and sales metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
