++The Role++

  • Build and grow relationships with clients across hedge funds, asset managers, fintechs, and technology firms.
  • Deliver top-tier candidates into permanent roles, with a focus on financial services and AI/ML talent.
  • Run your desk like your own business — from BD to candidate delivery.
  • Leverage international relationships and market insights from established offices in London and Dubai.

++What We’re Looking For++

  • U.S. Citizen (essential).
  • A proven track record of high billings in recruitment (finance, tech, or AI/ML ideal).
  • Resilient, money-driven, and self-sufficient — someone who can hit the ground running.
  • Previous experience in competitive, high-volume markets (e.g. fintech, buy-side technology, Selby-style environments) a plus.
  • Ambition to grow with a business that rewards results, not face time.

  1. Initial chat with Head of Business Strategy / Ops
  2. Conversation with a senior consultant in New York
  3. Final stage with the Managing Partner in London

(All of which can be done remotely)
