💼 Role: Research Associate III

Pay Scale: $74, 979 — $93, 724 (Dependent on Experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Perform cell-based reporter assay and flow cytometry analysis to support late-stage

biologics projects.

  • Plan and execute assigned experiments that support assay development activities and

project goals.

  • Proactively seek out senior personnel to discuss potential solutions to problems.
  • Participate in group meetings to share test results.
  • Demonstrate ability to recognize anomalous and inconsistent results and interpret

experimental outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • BS or MS degree in a relevant scientific discipline (please no Phd candidates)
  • +Minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience with performing cell culture
  • Experience working with biologics (proteins, fusion proteins, mAbs)
  • Experience with analytical methods such as ELISA, cell binding assay, or reporter assay
