Pay Scale: $110, 922 — $138, 667 (Dependent on Experience)

What You’ll Do

• Support governance for Project Leapfrog, including updates to the Commercial Leadership

Team (CLT) and project sponsors, and prepare materials with project leadership.

• Facilitate alignment across teams to streamline project operations.
• Develop, track, and manage the project plan, budget, and timeline to meet key milestones,

supporting both sustainment and new therapeutic area (TA) initiatives.

• Design and oversee change management and communication strategies, ensuring clarity

across phases.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across pillars and functions, maintaining communication and

providing progress updates.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in managing large, complex projects with multi-team coordination.
• Expertise in governance, budget management, and cross-functional team leadership.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
