Overview We are seeking an R&D Scientist — Food Science to join our Valhalla, New York team. The position focuses on advancing product innovation through hands-on research and development in food science.
Responsibilities
- Execute food science research to develop new products and improve existing ones
- Perform testing, analysis, and evaluations of formulations and prototypes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product and process development
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and presentations
- Support innovation and efficiency initiatives within the R&D function
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Food Science, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in food/beverage R&D or product development
- Strong technical expertise in food science research and formulation
- Effective problem-solving and technical communication skills
- Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
