Type: Contract (with possible extension)

Overview We are seeking an R&D Scientist — Food Science to join our Valhalla, New York team. The position focuses on advancing product innovation through hands-on research and development in food science.

Responsibilities

  • Execute food science research to develop new products and improve existing ones
  • Perform testing, analysis, and evaluations of formulations and prototypes
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product and process development
  • Prepare detailed technical documentation and presentations
  • Support innovation and efficiency initiatives within the R&D function

Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in Food Science, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in food/beverage R&D or product development
  • Strong technical expertise in food science research and formulation
  • Effective problem-solving and technical communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
