Freelance IT Support Technician
At Servicio Latam, we are looking for a Freelance IT Support Technician (dispatch role) to provide support to our clients in Miami. The engineer will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support when required. This is a freelance, on-demand opportunity, ideal for IT professionals seeking flexibility and additional income.
Responsibilities:
· Provide on-site technical support to users (hardware, networks, troubleshooting).
· Perform installations, replacements, and basic configurations.
· Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve incidents.
· Ensure proper documentation and reporting of each visit.
· Perform L1, L2, and L3 tasks.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support (L1 level).
· Solid knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networks.
· Ability to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks.
· Reside in Miami and be available for on-demand visits.
Compensation and conditions:
· Freelance / on-demand role.
· USD 200 per visit (from 1 to 8 hours per visit).
· Payments are processed monthly.
