Security Support Specialist
The Security team is responsible for and committed to securing all things at TRM. From our customers to our code, and everything in between, the security team is involved in all aspects of the business. We are looking for a Security Support Specialist to join our growing team, enhancing the daily operations of TRM’s IT infrastructure and services. You’ll work to support the technical operations of the organization and ensure that teammates have the hardware and software access necessary to perform their best work.
The impact you will have:
- Provide operations support for cloud environments, SaaS applications, and related information security technology assets
- Deploy endpoints to our remote workforce
- Develop and maintain technical support/knowledge base
- Develop Service Level Agreements to set expectations and measure performance
- Develop and optimize installation, operations, and configuration procedures
- Assist with the secure integration of cloud applications and infrastructure
- Assist with implementing highly-available hardware and software systems across multiple operating systems.
- Support the rollout and enforcement of security policies such as IAM, IGA and endpoint protection.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting applications, desktop and mobile devices, and related IT infrastructure solutions in a cloud-only organization
- A long history of providing excellent customer service
- Experience applying a risk-based approach to decision making
- Ability to distill a technical topic down for a wide audience
- 2 years of experience providing top-tier technical support in a dynamic and fast-paced organization
- Familiarity with device management software (Jamf, Microsoft Intune, etc.)
- Experience supporting Google Workspace
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure services (e.g. Entra ID, Intune, VMs, etc.)
- Awareness of compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, UK Cyber Essentials
- Foundational networking knowledge (e.g. TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs).
