- Primary responsibilities include working and tracking current project tasks and progress, as well as suggesting opportunities for improvement on projects as well as ticket resolution
- Secondary responsibilities include handling tickets in the form of incidents, service requests and On-Call duties including but not limited to VM builds, group membership changes, hardware replacements / maintenance, restore requests and Exchange requests
- Ability to notice trends and report back to more senior staff and leadership in hopes to automate and document for procedure creation is also required

- Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of System Administrator / Engineering experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self motivated and excels in team and individual environments
- Implementation, support, and maintenance of Windows and Linux Server Operating Systems
- Implementation, support, and maintenance of Microsoft Clustering or other HA solutions
- Solid Directory Services Administration (Active Directory, LDAP, ADAM
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of backup / recovery and other business continuity services
- Solid understanding of alerting and monitoring
- Solid understanding of architecture, security, and performance tuning
- Solid understanding of storage technologies including SAN and NAS (Configuration, Zoning on Fiber Channel Switches, and multi-pathing)
- Knowledge of build automation, patch management, automated deployments and packaging
- Knowledge of Cloud authentication 2FA
