  • Primary responsibilities include working and tracking current project tasks and progress, as well as suggesting opportunities for improvement on projects as well as ticket resolution
  • Secondary responsibilities include handling tickets in the form of incidents, service requests and On-Call duties including but not limited to VM builds, group membership changes, hardware replacements / maintenance, restore requests and Exchange requests
  • Ability to notice trends and report back to more senior staff and leadership in hopes to automate and document for procedure creation is also required

  • Technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of System Administrator / Engineering experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self motivated and excels in team and individual environments
  • Implementation, support, and maintenance of Windows and Linux Server Operating Systems
  • Implementation, support, and maintenance of Microsoft Clustering or other HA solutions
  • Solid Directory Services Administration (Active Directory, LDAP, ADAM
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of backup / recovery and other business continuity services
  • Solid understanding of alerting and monitoring
  • Solid understanding of architecture, security, and performance tuning
  • Solid understanding of storage technologies including SAN and NAS (Configuration, Zoning on Fiber Channel Switches, and multi-pathing)
  • Knowledge of build automation, patch management, automated deployments and packaging
  • Knowledge of Cloud authentication 2FA

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator

  • Experience in the health care industry including exposure to Epic Systems technologies

  • Microsoft IIS Server Administration / Engineering

  • Microsoft Exchange Administration / Engineering

The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment.
