Job Title: Workforce Software Consultant

Job Location: Markham, ON

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

  • Work experience in Workforce software for more than 4 years.
  • Certified as configuration Specialist – PT102 and Interface certification -PT103 and Report specialist Certification.
  • Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language.
  • Should be good in Workforce Script and WFS Reports.
  • Sound knowledge on WFS LD tables and HR interface.
  • Good Understanding of WFS Payroll and WFS- Finance Integration.
  • Should be able to work on Time import and Time Recording Interface.
  • Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process.
  • Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently.
  • Good understanding on the workforce system flow.
  • Should be able to analyze and understand the requirements of time management at global level.
  • Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions,Roles,Premiums,Transcation Creation Policy, Settings etc.
  • Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software(Knowledge on MuleSoft is an advantage).
  • Should be well versed with HR import mapping.
  • Readiness to work in WFS Reports, Integrations and Time Recording Interface.
  • Good communication skills both Verbal and written.
  • Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging.
  • Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred.
  • Good Knowledge on SQL query.
