Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Specialist

Job Description:

  • 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Experience with EC Core and EC Benefits configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Foundation Objects and MDF Objects.
  • Hands-on with Business Rules, Workflows, and Position Management.
  • Experience in Event Reason Derivation and Propagation Rules.
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB).
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and basic integration concepts.
  • Working knowledge in integration tools like Mulesoft & ability to support integration issues.
  • Experience with ticket management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA)
  • Experience in SuccessFactors quarterly release deployment & testing.
  • Ability to manage enhancement requests, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Understanding of data models, XML configuration, and permissions framework (RBP).
  • Certified in SF EC.
