Role: EBS GL Lead

Location: Washington, DC 20005 ( Onsite with Hybrid option)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Statement of Work:

Consultant will be modernizing the financial business processes for USAC, to include implementing Oracle EBS. There are two releases one for the Federal Universal Service Fund (Release 1) and one for the commercial USAC entity (Release 2). The work includes Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare.

Task Description:

This request is to support the Release 2 implementation.

Required skills/Level of Experience:

  • Experience implementing Oracle EBS 12.x, to include understanding/analyzing client requirements, running discovery workshops, designing to-be process in Oracle, and configuring the system
  • Significant experience with Budget to Report/Record to Report (General Ledger, Fed Admin), establishing chart of accounts, and Financial Statements
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good analysis and communication skills

Nice to have skills:

  • Strong Federal functional and Federal accounting skills.
  • Experience working with Confluence and Jira
