ABOUT THE POSITION
Manufacturing Systems Administrator at BURGA isn’t just a title—it’s a front-row seat to how our manufacturing processes run. You’ll be the dedicated person ensuring that our newly implemented manufacturing system operates smoothly, is properly maintained, and continuously tested. Your work will make sure processes are efficient, quality standards are upheld, and orders flow seamlessly.
Your Role: As Manufacturing Systems Administrator, you’ll manage the system’s administrative functions, coordinate user needs, perform testing before system changes, and support continuous process improvement. Your work will directly influence system stability, data quality, and overall operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

Administer the manufacturing system—manage user access, system parameters, and data integrity.

Test new system functionalities before deployment to manufacturing, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

Analyze, document, and communicate errors to the IT team, driving quick resolution and continuous system improvement.

Train and support users on daily system operations, answering questions and guiding best practices.

Monitor system performance and prepare reports for management, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with different departments to optimize processes within the system, ensuring alignment with operational goals.

Assist in implementing process improvements and system upgrades, coordinating with IT and manufacturing teams.

Maintain accurate system documentation and contribute to the development of user manuals and training materials.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

2–3 years of experience administering or testing IT / manufacturing systems.

Experience with ERP, MRP, or manufacturing planning tools.

Previous experience performing functional testing, documenting errors, and supporting users.

Basic knowledge of SQL or other databases.

Familiarity with testing methodologies.

Fundamentals of IT system administration.

Advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets.

Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibility and organizational skills.

Ability to quickly learn new tools.
SALARY : 2600 – 3200 Eur/month GROSS.
