Leasing Consultant

A growing property management company is seeking a Leasing Agent to float between multiple apartment communities in Marietta. We’re looking for someone who is people-focused, driven, and skilled in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support leasing across multiple properties

• Greet and qualify prospects, give tours, and process applications

• Coordinate move-ins and assist with renewals

• Maintain accurate records and follow fair housing guidelines

• Participate in team meetings and resident events

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of leasing experience

• Strong communication and computer skills

• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
