Our Radnor, PA client is seeking a Private Equity Fund Associateto join their organization. In office position.
The Private Equity Fund Associatewill support a team responsible for financial reporting and NAV review, ensuring accounting compliance, and supporting continuous improvement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising third-party fund administrators to ensure accuracy of deliverables
- Managing recording and reporting of fund activity
- Reviewing financial and investor statements
- Partnering with external auditors to ensure timely completion and regulatory compliance
- Collaborating with various stakeholders (legal, compliance, portfolio management, etc.)
- Improving existing processes and designing new tools to optimize efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Supporting cross functional projects
- Assisting with preparation of SEC filings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fund administration experience
- GAAP and SEC filing requirements proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
