Creative Technologist, Co-Founder
3cubed.ai is a NY-based, early-stage, AI-first startup building the next generation of agentic agencies and AI-driven workflows. We’re bootstrapped, profitable from day one, and growing organically with existing clients.
We’re looking for a full-time, Creative Technologist Co-Founder — someone who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and technology. This isn’t a pure creative role or a pure technical role. It’s about inventing new ways of making: prototyping ideas with AI, building unconventional workflows, and designing experiences that couldn’t exist before.
What we’re looking for:
- Hybrid creative/technical mindset: You can sketch concepts, code prototypes, and design experiences that merge narrative, visuals, and interactivity.
- Builder orientation: You don’t just imagine campaigns; you engineer the tools, prompts, and systems to bring them to life.
- AI-native experimentation: You’re fluent with generative tools (from Runway to custom LLM workflows) and eager to push them beyond “off-the-shelf” use. You don’t see Canva, Lovable, or other emerging tools as “lesser” creative platforms, but as opportunities to reimagine workflows and unlock new forms of creativity.
- Creative versatility: Whether art direction, copywriting, or UX, you can stretch across disciplines to make ideas real.
- Startup DNA: You’re comfortable with ambiguity, resource constraints, and rapid pivots. You get things built without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Cross-industry adaptability: You can operate in regulated industries like life sciences while also applying creativity across culture, entertainment, and consumer sectors.
- Business instinct: You’re not just making; you’re helping shape our market position and win clients. Every co-founder is responsible for generating new business leads. There’s no split between “inside” and “outside” roles.

We are remote-first, with co-founders in the US, Germany, and the Philippines.
