Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 5 years of experience in network engineering with at least 3 years focused on enterprise wireless networking.

  • Understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, QoS, etc.

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches (configuration, deployment, and support).

  • Familiarity with SD-WAN technologies (exposure level acceptable).

  • Experience with ticketing/change request processes in enterprise environments.

  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

  • Certifications:

  • CCNA Cisco Certified Network Associate (preferred).

  • CCNP Cisco Certified Network Professional (preferred).
