We are seeking a motivated and energetic Junior Technical Services Analyst to join our team. This role involves working on-site with clients across multiple locations, both within and outside of Orange County .

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Install, configure, calibrate, and test IT equipment and peripherals

  • Monitor system operations to identify and resolve potential issues

  • Perform software and system integrations, as well as hardware troubleshooting

  • Support technical “dress rehearsals” and other project readiness efforts

  • Conduct basic data analysis as required

  • Manage user accounts and basic operating system functions (Windows 7 and above)

  • Ensure optimal operation of technical equipment through regular monitoring and maintenance

Requirements

  • Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills

  • Hands-on technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new technologies

  • Basic understanding of desktop support, including peripherals and related processes

  • Foundational knowledge of networking, hardware, and software

  • Excellent troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and meet deadlines with attention to detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Flexibility to travel within the United States for technical projects

Note: No prior professional experience is required. Training will be provided.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience with a B2B service provider (optional)

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+)
