Construction Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Construction Project Manager will oversee various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project activities, managing construction projects, preparing and maintaining budgets, and ensuring adherence to construction management procedures and project management standards. The Construction Project Manager will work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Coordination, Construction Project Management
• Experience with Budgeting, Construction Management
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry in New York City Metropolitan Area is a plus
