Janitorial Supervisor — Northern Indianapolis & Surrounding Areas

A growing facilities services provider is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to oversee multiple facilities in northern Indianapolis and the cities/towns north of it. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on organization, accountability, and ensuring high-quality service for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support cleaning staff across multiple client facilities
• Deliver supplies and equipment to sites as needed
• Train and retrain team members to maintain company standards
• Assist with cleaning duties when necessary to ensure coverage and quality
• Conduct audits of completed work to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain strong communication with staff and clients
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in janitorial, facilities, or a related industry preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritize tasks
• Must be able to lift and transport supplies/equipment (up to 50 lbs)
• Must have a clean criminal background and driving record
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Customer service mindset with a focus on quality and satisfaction

Schedule & Pay:

• Hours average 5:00pm — 1:00am , with some flexibility depending on customer and employee requirements
• Pay ranges from $18 — $22 per hour , based on experience
• Mileage reimbursement provided for site travel
• Weekly travel allowance included
