Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Legal & Global Security Solutions (eDiscovery) team. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Solution Manager to deliver several high-impact Capital Projects.

As the Program Manager , you will coordinate multiple workstreams, drive project deliverables, and ensure all outcomes align with stakeholder expectations. We re looking for someone with a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex programs and strong skills in working with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate detailed plans from multiple workstreams into a single comprehensive project view.

  • Drive consensus with workstream leads and handle ambiguity effectively.

  • Utilize collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike, Miro).

  • Structure projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies depending on portfolio needs.

  • Serve as the first point of escalation for project delivery teams.

  • Document project progress, risks, issues, decisions, and changes in Wrike.

  • Collaborate with the Solution Manager on Change Management activities (e.g., communication creation and delivery).

  • Coordinate with Business Analysts, Technical PMs, and Stakeholders to drive deliverables.

  • Manage changes in project scope and schedules with appropriate verification techniques.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project sponsors and leadership effectively.

  • Prepare and present executive-level project summaries as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs.

  • Experience in Legal Operations & eDiscovery is must.

  • Proficiency with collaboration tools (Chorus, Quip, Keynote, Wrike, Miro) preferred.

  • Experience working in Capital Projects environments.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be local to Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid Onsite).
