• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (required).

* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (preferred).**

* 7-10 years of progressive experience in program or project management, ideally within medical devices, pharma, aerospace, or regulated manufacturing environments.**

*** Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects across global teams.

• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies, resource planning, and budget management.
• Experience working in a regulated industry with understanding of FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.****

***** Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficient in project management tools and systems (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).**

****Preferred Experience:****

***** Experience leading projects in New Product Development (NPD) and engineering-driven change initiatives.****

*** Background in capacity planning, retrofit projects, and facilities management.**
