Blue Yonder Deployment Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead/support MoM deployments of Blue Yonder modules across business units in North America.

• Liaise with Blue Yonder to order, track, and manage software instances and environments.

• Oversee environment delivery timelines, ensuring readiness for testing and go-live.

• Collaborate with Release Management to align environment availability, version control, and cutover planning.

• Manage and coordinate Blue Yonder software upgrades across all relevant environments.

• Ensure appropriate testing (SIT, UAT, regression) is completed post-upgrade.

• Work with cross-functional teams across IT, business, and vendor landscapes to ensure successful rollouts.

• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and deployment readiness activities for each release wave.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of Blue Yonder (JDA) deployment experience in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong knowledge of Blue Yonder SaaS delivery and upgrade process.

• Experience with release and environment management in phased rollouts.

• Familiarity with Blue Yonder modules such as Demand, Fulfillment, ESP, Luminate.

• Experience in FMCG supply chain operations, planning processes, and system integration (e.g., SAP).

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Blue Yonder certifications in relevant planning or fulfillment modules.

• Prior experience in North America-based deployments.

• Background working with Blue Yonder support/delivery teams.

• Experience with Agile or hybrid project delivery models.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deployment activities.
