Overview:
Laserfiche is hiring a Director/Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize the company s U.S. direct SaaS sales organization. This strategic leader will drive sales planning, forecasting, and performance optimization while aligning sales operations with company revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale a high-performing SaaS sales operations team.

  • Drive forecasting, territory planning, and KPI-based performance tracking.

  • Implement and manage CRM tools (Salesforce) and analytics dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).

  • Develop data-driven frameworks to improve sales efficiency and pipeline velocity.

  • Partner with executive leadership, Finance, and Marketing to align revenue strategies.

  • Mentor sales leaders and streamline processes to support growth and customer success.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or sales leadership in a SaaS organization

  • Proven success driving sales efficiency and revenue growth.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI/Tableau.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.

  • Experience selling into Government, Insurance, Education, or Financial Services sectors.
