Overview:
Laserfiche is hiring a Director/Senior Director of Sales Operations to lead and optimize the company s U.S. direct SaaS sales organization. This strategic leader will drive sales planning, forecasting, and performance optimization while aligning sales operations with company revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and scale a high-performing SaaS sales operations team.

Drive forecasting, territory planning, and KPI-based performance tracking.

Implement and manage CRM tools (Salesforce) and analytics dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).

Develop data-driven frameworks to improve sales efficiency and pipeline velocity.

Partner with executive leadership, Finance, and Marketing to align revenue strategies.

Mentor sales leaders and streamline processes to support growth and customer success.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in sales operations or sales leadership in a SaaS organization

Proven success driving sales efficiency and revenue growth.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Power BI/Tableau.

Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills.
-
Experience selling into Government, Insurance, Education, or Financial Services sectors.
