Job Title :- Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

Location :- Carlsbad CA / Onsite

Duration :- 11 Months

  • Looking for a candidate with 8+ years of experience with
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and especially Global Trade Management (GTM).
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients, particularly those with FTZ operations, to understand their specific needs and challenges related to global trade and customs compliance.
  • Proven experience with or strong understanding of free trade zone operations, customs compliance, and international trade processes
  • Configure Oracle SCM modules, with a strong emphasis on Global Trade Management (GTM), to meet FTZ requirements, including managing licenses, denied party screening, and product classification
  • Creates technical designs, writes technical documents, and develops customizations using platform capabilities like Oracle Application Composer, Groovy scripts, and BI Publisher reports.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud modules, technical tools (SQL, PL/SQL, Groovy, BI Publisher), and integration methods (SOAP, REST).
  • Good knowledge in import/export, duty deferral, bonded warehouse operations, customs reporting.
  • Ability to work on complex business needs, perform fit-gap analysis, and devise creative solutions for technical and business challenges
  • Ability to analyse complex business requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify potential solutions.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale Oracle EBS integrations with third-party/custom applications.
