About the Role

Operations generalist owning lead-response, pipeline hygiene, and cross-team execution so interested prospects move to booked calls fast.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor shared email every 2–3 hours and LinkedIn 2–3× daily
• Log all replies in Ashby (correct source/campaign; no duplicates)
• Convert interested replies to booked meetings via Ashby
• Manage “No/DNC,” review “Contacted” >7 days weekly, coordinate follow-ups
• Use Ashby Chrome extension to log Lemlist replies from LinkedIn
• Import Monday CSVs, map fields, label campaigns, and report weekly metrics

Who You Are / Must-Haves:

• 2–4 years in operations or product ops
• Excellent organization and clear communication
• Solutions-first mindset; you spot and resolve issues quickly
• Proactive and always willing to learn

Interview Process

• Screening call w/ recruiting lead (20 min)
• Intro call w/ Founding Engineer (15 min)
• In-office interview (full day)
