Part-Time Childcare Floater & Substitute Teacher

Are you flexible, dependable, and passionate about working with children of all ages? We’re looking for a Part-Time Childcare Floater & Substitute Teacher to join our team!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, has a flexible schedule, and is ready to take on new responsibilities where needed. You’ll help support multiple classrooms and provide coverage when teachers are out.
Duties
- Assist in various classrooms (preschool through 5th grade) as needed.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.
- Follow all daily routines, safety protocols, and center policies.
- Step in for staff absences, breaks, and ratio support.
- Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families
Requirements
- Prior experience working with young children is strongly preferred.
- Flexibility and reliability are essential.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different age groups and classroom settings.
- Must be able to meet state licensing requirements (including background check).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
