| Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities) | 6-8 years experience in SAP Ariba modules with 2-3 full cycle implementation experience of mid-to-high complexity. Sound understanding of Source to Pay process and be able to provide an optimum solution utilizing processes available in SAP Ariba Team Lead experience, having led team of SAP Ariba consultants Ability to configure SAP Ariba Upstream or Downstream conforming to the Client’s standards & requirements and integrate it with SAP Materials Management module or other non-SAP ERP systems. Secondary skills include: Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway and Ariba Network Integration. Experience with Agile Implementation Methodology Customer-facing project experience Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability and willingness to travel 25% in a month typically Monday Thursday Undergraduate degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education At least three (3) SAP ARIBA and S/4 HANA customer engagement Ability to influence at the leadership level Ability to simplify difficult situations, models and issues to create executable actions Strong personal and professional values; entrepreneurial spirit * Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills |
