Position: Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Consultant

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 1+ Years (Multiple Year Contract)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules and proven experience leading full-cycle implementations in both technical and functional capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations including design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.

  • Design and configure Oracle PPM modules such as Project Costing, Billing, Enterprise Contracts, and Grants Management.

  • Manage data migration and reconciliation using FBDI, ADFDI, Smart View, and SQL.

  • Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI, BIP, FRS, and Smart View.

  • Collaborate with teams to support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

  • Conduct quarterly Oracle Cloud update impact analysis and testing.

  • Provide SME guidance, training, and post-implementation support.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM (Costing, Billing, Grants, Enterprise Contracts, etc.).

  • At least 4 full-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.

  • Strong SQL/PLSQL and data reconciliation experience.

  • Hands-on experience with data migration tools (FBDI, ADFDI) and reporting tools (OTBI, Smart View, FRS).

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting across technical and functional layers.

  • Solid understanding of Oracle ERP data structures and integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist Cloud PPM or Financials.

  • Experience with OIC integrations, Jira, and Git/Bitbucket.

  • Exposure to related Oracle modules (AP, AR, GL, Procurement).

  • Public sector or transit industry experience is a plus.
