Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our ERP team. This hybrid role requires expertise in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules with a strong track record of leading complex, full-cycle implementations.
The ideal candidate combines business process knowledge with hands-on technical skills (data, reporting, integrations) and excels at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, cloud-first ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations: solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Analyze and document project financial processes; convert them into scalable solutions within Oracle Cloud PPM.

Configure Oracle PPM modules: Project Financial Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Enterprise Contracts, Grants Management, and related sub-ledgers.

Manage data migration and reconciliation using FBDI, ADFDI, Smart View, and SQL to ensure legacy-to-Cloud data integrity.

Develop and troubleshoot data validation scripts, exception reports, dashboards, KPIs, and OTBI/BIP/FRS reports.

Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates: impact analysis, regression testing, and communication with stakeholders.

Provide SME guidance and end-user training on Oracle PPM processes and reporting.

Identify opportunities to automate and streamline project reporting, budgeting, and cost control.
Required Qualifications:

4 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM (Costing, Billing, Grants, Enterprise Contracts, etc.).

Led 4 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations, including global rollouts.

Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and transformation.

Experience in data migration from legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud, including reconciliation and post-load validation.

Familiarity with FBDI/ADFDI templates, Oracle ERP table structures, APIs, and custom datasets.

Proficiency in OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and ETL tools (ODI or similar).

Skilled in troubleshooting across technical and functional layers of Oracle PPM.

Strong experience in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and quarterly patch validations.
Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist Oracle Cloud PPM/Financials.

Knowledge of related modules: AP, AR, GL, Procurement.

Experience with OIC integrations , Jira , and Git/Bitbucket.
-
Prior experience in public sector or transit industry is a plus.
