About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to support payroll operations, configurations, and enhancements within Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Payroll and related functional modules, with proven experience in implementation, optimization, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Payroll processes, configurations, and integrations.

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design payroll solutions.

Configure payroll business processes, validations, calculations, and reports within Workday.

Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Support payroll cycle activities and compliance requirements.

Develop functional documentation, test cases, and user training materials.

Partner with technical teams on integrations between Workday Payroll and third-party systems.

Qualifications & Skills

7 years of functional experience in Workday HCM Payroll.

Hands-on configuration experience in payroll rules, validations, and reporting.

Strong understanding of payroll compliance, taxes, and statutory requirements.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Workday Payroll certification preferred.
