- Draft and edit press releases, artist bios, and short PR blurbs.
- Track press coverage and maintain a PR outreach log.
- Assist in coordinating interviews, features, and digital partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align timing for major announcements.
- Join weekly team calls for strategy and updates.
What You’ll Gain
- Experience working directly with an established contemporary art organization.
- A portfolio of published materials and professional media communication.
- Mentorship from the Founder/CEO and exposure to art industry media relations.
- A professional letter of recommendation upon completion.
- Recognition for exceptional initiative or results (signed art book or print).
Who You Are
- Strong writer with excellent attention to tone and clarity.
- Curious about the intersections of art, media, and technology.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing outreach tasks.
- Familiar with digital tools (Google Sheets, Gmail, Notion, Canva, ChatGPT).
- Passionate about creativity, culture, and storytelling.
