This isn’t a sit-back management role—it’s about teaching, coaching, and leading from the front.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach & Train: Build customized training for reps at different skill levels.
- Lead Daily: Run daily check-ins, call coaching, and pipeline reviews.
- Develop Closers: Take green reps and turn them into consistent performers.
- Pipeline Strategy: Teach creative lead-gen and forecasting—not just ZoomInfo.
- Accountability: Use dashboards, roadmaps, and daily audits to keep reps sharp.
- Motivate: Drive contests, power hours, and recognition to keep energy high.
- Market Awareness: Stay ahead of logistics trends to guide prospecting.
- Hands-On Selling: Make calls yourself and lead by example.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong 3PL logistics sales background (must-have).
- Proven sales training experience with measurable results.
- High energy and motivated by team success.
- Clear training philosophy and coaching approach.
- Ability to develop struggling reps into strong sellers.
- Comfortable with daily leadership check-ins and accountability.
Compensation & Growth
- $70K–$95K base uncapped commission tied to team performance.
