4G Logistics is a fast-growing brokerage built on grit, hustle, and high standards. We’ve already built a strong team of entry- to mid-level Account Executives—and now we need a proven Sales Trainer to turn them into closers.

This isn’t a sit-back management role—it’s about teaching, coaching, and leading from the front.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach & Train: Build customized training for reps at different skill levels.
  • Lead Daily: Run daily check-ins, call coaching, and pipeline reviews.
  • Develop Closers: Take green reps and turn them into consistent performers.
  • Pipeline Strategy: Teach creative lead-gen and forecasting—not just ZoomInfo.
  • Accountability: Use dashboards, roadmaps, and daily audits to keep reps sharp.
  • Motivate: Drive contests, power hours, and recognition to keep energy high.
  • Market Awareness: Stay ahead of logistics trends to guide prospecting.
  • Hands-On Selling: Make calls yourself and lead by example.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong 3PL logistics sales background (must-have).
  • Proven sales training experience with measurable results.
  • High energy and motivated by team success.
  • Clear training philosophy and coaching approach.
  • Ability to develop struggling reps into strong sellers.
  • Comfortable with daily leadership check-ins and accountability.

Compensation & Growth

  • $70K–$95K base uncapped commission tied to team performance.
