The Opportunity

We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving TrickleStar’s growth across the U.S. This is a fully remote position focused on developing new sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and expanding our presence in energy efficiency programs and utility channels. What You’ll Do

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within utilities, energy efficiency programs, and related markets.
  • Build, grow, and manage strong customer relationships with utilities, program implementers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Present and position TrickleStar’s solutions to meet customer and program needs.
  • Drive sales growth by opening new accounts and expanding business with existing partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and competitive support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover emerging opportunities.
  • Represent TrickleStar at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within energy efficiency, utilities, or sustainability-related markets.
  • Strong knowledge of energy efficiency products and programs.
  • Existing network of utility and program contacts is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment while collaborating with a global team.
