This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimating Coordinator located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Estimating Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and managing construction estimates, handling proposal writing, and managing project costs. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring effective communication, and coordinating with different teams to ensure project efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Skills in Construction Estimating and Cost Management
- Experience in Proposal Writing and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
