**Job Title: Scrum Master

**Location: Irving, TX

**Contract Length: Contract

Pay Rate: Up to $47/hr**

****About the Role:****

****The ideal candidate will have a background in banking, infrastructure, and network security, along with strong skills in Jira (JQL), Confluence, and Power BI.****

****We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scrum Master to support Agile initiatives within a leading financial institution. This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, driving process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver on low-to-moderately complex initiatives.****

**Responsibilities:**

*** Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

  • Support teams in adopting Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
  • Review and analyze Scrum assignments, resolve low-to-moderately complex challenges, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide clear updates, metrics, and reporting to leadership and business partners.**

**Required Qualifications:**

*** 2+ years of Scrum or Agile experience (or equivalent through work, consulting, military, or education).

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Experience in banking/infrastructure/security projects, preferably with exposure to network security.****

*** Proficiency in Atlassian Jira (JQL), Confluence, and Power BI.**

*** Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.****
