**Job Title: Scrum Master

**Location: Irving, TX

**Contract Length: Contract

Pay Rate: Up to $47/hr on W2**

**About the Role:**

****We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile initiatives in a banking and infrastructure environment with a strong focus on critical network infrastructure and network security. The Scrum Master will help teams adopt Agile practices, improve delivery processes, and ensure alignment with compliance and organizational standards.****

**This role is ideal for candidates with Scrum/Agile expertise, strong facilitation skills, and hands-on experience using Atlassian tools (Jira with advanced JQL, Confluence) and Power BI.**

****Responsibilities:****

***** Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Support process improvement initiatives within Agile teams.
  • Review, analyze, and resolve moderately complex Scrum-related challenges.
  • Provide recommendations for improving workflows, delivery practices, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and reporting.
  • Track and present team progress and metrics using Jira (advanced JQL) and Power BI dashboards.****

****Required Qualifications:****

***** 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment (work, consulting, military, or education).

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with banking, infrastructure, and security projects, specifically network infrastructure and network security.****

*** Strong proficiency in Atlassian Jira (advanced JQL), Confluence, and Power BI.**

*** Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.**

****Preferred Skills:****

***** Experience in highly regulated or financial environments.

  • Ability to coach teams and promote Agile best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate risks, resolve conflicts, and drive solutions.****
