We seek candidates who must be a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or someone lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, in compliance with applicable export control laws and regulations. Ideal applicants will have at least 5 years of experience owning and driving roadmap strategies and feature delivery for products, alongside 5 years of Development and Support experience specifically with the SAP Quality Management (QM) Module, including 2 Full Cycle implementation experiences. Candidates should also have a minimum of 5 years in an information technology role and experience working with and integrating SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
Responsibilities:
As part of our team, I will need you to build SAP QM-based solutions and identify best practices to optimize business processes using SAP. You will conduct Blueprint workshops, carry out fit-gap analysis, and produce detailed design documents. Preparing functional specifications, configuring, testing, and leading implementations for all SAP RICEFW areas will be vital. I will expect you to build and support integrations with SAP Production Planning (PP), EWM, Material Management (MM), and SAP Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Your role will include supporting the SAP Production system for ticket resolutions and business support needs. You will ensure that deployed applications meet customer expectations and perform without issues. Additionally, identifying training needs, creating training documentation, and leading train-the-trainer sessions will be part of your responsibilities. Your participation in strategic planning and roadmap discussions for SAP Quality Management solutions will also be essential.

Your primary goal will be to understand and respond to business requirements by designing solutions, configuring the QM and PP modules, and supporting the development of RICEFW objects. You will conduct tests and ensure smooth integration with other modules, such as EWM, MES, and MM. Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience implementing Quality Management Solutions, 2 years of experience with Production Planning, and familiarity with onshore-offshore models. Experience in supporting manufacturing in the Aerospace or automotive industry would be an asset.
